Picture Use Policy

All photos submitted must meet all stated requirements. Judgments will be made solely by CLS International (CLS) and Amway WWBSM. All judgments are final. CLS reserves the right to refuse, reject, crop, edit, alter, or otherwise modify any photo. The IBO assumes all responsibility for the copyright of all photos submitted. CLS assumes all submitted photos are owned by the IBO or that the IBO has obtained copyright permission for use of the photo on the web site. Questions regarding photos or photo processing should be made to CLS before submitting photos to CLS or uploading. Any questions call us at 512-453-1641.

In submitting your achievement information, it is understood that you are following the N21 Team Builder guidelines of subscribing to the CEP Program and doing at least 150 personal PV at the time of qualification. If qualifying for the N21/CLS Achievers Challenge(s) it is assumed you have met all the qualifications outlined for that particular program.

Exceptions to said rule are:

• New first month IBOs (who should be receiving CDs from their Upline Support Team) for CLS Achiever Awards (Core, Pace Setter, Leaders Club, etc.). This is a one-time exception. The next time you qualify you need to meet all the qualifications to be recognized.
• Producers must at least meet 100 personal PV to be recognized.
• 300 PV Pacers qualifications state that you count all Personal PV, Member PV and Client PV only. Downline PV does not count for this award.
